Located in the Beijing suburbs, this complex consists of 714 town homes with each having 3 stories, 4 bedrooms, single car garages and a full basement.

The Challenge:

To create a high density complex while developing more created green, private and open space.

AE Design Solution:

Each unit has a public front yard and a private back yard which leads to the central green open space and club house. Pedestrian road and vehicle circulation was successfully separated to create a garden feel and look.
