The Challenge:

To renovate the 1950's shopping center and bring it up to current building code requirements.

AE Design Solution:

Working with the Owner we took advantage of this opportunity to create a lifestyle center that is appealing to pedestrians and motorists. By gutting and resetting the lifestyle center and adding new features we created the ambiance and novelty of village shopping featuring specialty shops which has increased the owners' visibility and profitability.
