The Challenge:

Design a viable International Community for local residents and visitors from all over the world.

AE Design Solution:

This large site required careful planning to develop an atmosphere where people can shop, dine, play and do business, all within walking distance of a carefully manicured garden setting. In the International Village there will be an amphitheatre for musical, theatrical, and cultural events as well as street fairs and specialty events along sidewalks and trails. The whole development consists of 14 buildings of different cultural styles. When completed, it will incorporate business and leisure activities, making this an exciting indoor-outdoor space for everyone. AE-design is proud to be part of this unique development.
