The Challenge:

Pro Brand needed to establish a state of the art International Headquarters office and warehouse to serve the growing demand for the satellite industry and digital accessories manufacturing business in Marietta, Georgia.

AE Design Solution:

Pro Brand International was experiencing rapid growth of their satellite and digital accessories manufacturing business, and needed to expand the size their existing warehouse and corporate headquarters in Marietta, Georgia.
Without interrupting operations of the existing facilities during construction, we worked closely with the owner to determine which areas of new construction were most critical for their continued growth. The building addition and interior renovation were designed to allow the project to be completed in three phases that would work best with their goals and minimize the impact on daily operations. This project includes the construction of a new two story executive suite, new main entry, and the expansion of their current offices and warehouse to more than double the original size.
