The Challenge:

To change the image of a newly acquired 2 story low end, 1970's style office building.

AE Design Solution:

We created a new entry pavilion with the most visibility from the main thoroughfare. The reflective glass and floating canopy along with a small fountain were used at the entry to create a completely new image. We incorporated a new chimney-less fireplace in the new lobby to reflect the residential nature of the client's business.
