The Challenge:

Design a prototype suburban retail shopping center for a development company that targets areas of high growth with a demanding shopping audience in the immediate trade area.

AE Design Solution:

We capitalized on this site's three acres with a linear design comprised of modular units with a variety of canopy shapes. The barrel vaulted canopies are free standing elements that span a 12-foot wide sidewalk, creating a sheltered walking area for patrons.
