The Challenge:

This project is an approximately 10,300 sf tenant improvement of a new office building, in the Strata Town Center development in Coconut Creek, Florida.

AE Design Solution:

AE Design is responsible for the total design and construction administration of this project, an office suite for a private oncology practice. The treatment facilities include linear accelerator vault to house an Elekta linear accelerator, a HDR vault, a PET/CT room, and a conventional CT room, along with control console areas for each piece of equipment. The interior design of the project balances warm tones with transitional furnishings, to create a sophisticated space for healing. AE Design coordinated the tenant improvements with the project developer and landlord’s architect, to ensure a positive outcome for the Client, and occupancy beneficial to the project Owner.
