The Challenge:

As an expansion of the existing hospital, design a new cancer center that would enhance patient care by providing comfort and convenience.

AE Design Solution:

We utilized our master planning and design experience, and created a facility that provides for inpatient care while offering patient conveniences such as a vehicular drop-off canopy, inpatient access through a connecting vestibule, and a reception rotunda with clearstory glass blocks that diffuse daylight for increased patient comfort.
