At AE Design, our work is all about the people--our clients, their patients, and our colleagues. Our architects typically come to us from larger firms because they want to feel more personally involved in their work. Most of our project teams have 2-3 people on them from start to finish, so everyone has the broad view of the project and can see it through to completion. Turnover here is low. We attract and retain high quality professionals and clients and consequently deliver high quality, responsive projects.
